Upgrades: Sliding white or brushed aluminium finished framed mirror or white glass effect doors.

Kitchens:
Fully fitted kitchens with co-ordinating worktops, (with matching perimeter upstands) from selected ranges by Symphony Kitchens, with built in single electric oven, 4 burner gas hob (5 burner gas hob to Sorrel, Melilot, Burdock and Campion house styles) with stainless steel panel behind up to height of 'chimney style' extractor hood. 1 and ½ bowl stainless steel sink and drainer with monobloc mixer tap. Quality white sanitary ware with co-ordinating taps, with mains pressure showers to all shower cubicles, enclosures fitted with clear glazed shower doors. Sorrel, Valerian, Melilot, Burdock and Campion house styles will include fitted bathroom furniture (with choice of styles) to main family Bathrooms. Choice of quality ceramic wall tiles – 1 row high around baths and basins and choice of 'wet wall' panelling to shower cubicles.

Decoration:
135mm gyproc coving to Vestibules, Halls, Living Rooms, Family Rooms and Kitchens. Walls all finished in off-white/magnolia matt emulsion, ceilings (and coving) in white matt emulsion, woodwork in white eggshell/satinwood finish (unless part of optional upgrade).

Lighting:
Pendant light fittings provided throughout, with additional recessed (waterproof) light fitting over shower cubicles, under unit feature lights to kitchen and fluorescent strip lights to garages. External soffit or wall mounted light to front door operated by motion sensor, external wall mounted lights to back door, patio and garage side doors (dependant on locations).
